Matthew Bird leads the production arm of the company and has 25 years of drama experience, working in the UK and all around world; from Hong Kong to South Africa, Guadeloupe to Iceland and all over Europe.

An exceptional trouble-shooter, Matthew will always find innovative ways of supporting  creative ambition. Adept at complex planning and delivering to tight schedules he is an inspirational and inclusive leader who is conscientious, highly motivated, reliable and personable.
